Eleftherios J. Hazimihalis (Lefty) along with Kevin J. Dill organized Premier Mortgage Funding, Inc. now doing business as Creekside Mortgage on November 7, 1998. Lefty graduated from Youngstown State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
Lefty previously worked as an internal auditor with a large real estate developer prior to starting with Creekside Mortgage. He also has extensive experience owning and operating other successful ongoing businesses in the Mahoning Valley area.
Lefty has been the Operations Manager at Creekside Mortgage since its inception. His primary duties include ensuring compliance with lenders and regulatory agencies. He also assists customers in obtaining an understanding of mortgage products to fit their personal needs.
